Epson and Sekibikodo have opened a digital on-demand print lab, HHT PRINT Lab, at the Human Hub Tenningji Warehouse in Aizu-Wakamatsu City, Fukushima Prefecture, and have started demonstration experiments.
In order to meet the region's low-volume, high-mix commercial printing needs, Epson's latest printers and services make it easy to produce commercial prints (labels, stickers, posters, photographs, etc.).
Even first-time users can use it with peace of mind with the support of the staff. We also provide an opportunity to learn how to operate it. Epson Craft Studio was introduced to streamline the process from receiving orders to printing and delivery.
In addition, it will be possible to print goods such as bottles and T-shirts. By doing so, we aim to support local needs sustainably and contribute to the establishment of a sustainable circular economy.

Epson is a proud participant in Smart City Aizu-Wakamatsu - a forward-thinking municipal initiative working to solve problems through open interaction between industry, government, and academia, and ideas born here are already spreading to other areas around Aizu. Our goal is to expand the idea of "smart cities" in various fields, interconnecting people and society with Epson products as hubs.We will also be able to test ideas and implement experiments with partners and start-ups gathered at WeWork Shibuya Scramble Square and through open innovation, and roll the results out across Epson's global network.
